Bokang “Little Giant” Masunyane Hosts Wrestling for MMA Seminar at Yokai

On 17 July, we had the honour of hosting Bokang “Little Giant” Masunyane at the Yokai Academy in Paarl for a Wrestling for MMA seminar that left a lasting impression on all attendees.
A Commonwealth Games bronze medallist in wrestling, Bokang transitioned to MMA in 2015 and is now signed to ONE Championship, the world’s largest martial arts promotion. Known for his explosive takedowns, relentless top control, and devastating right hand, BK shared technical insights and personal stories that truly inspired the crowd.
Yokai members and invited guests were not only impressed by his elite skill set, but also by his humble and engaging personality. BK generously gave attendees the chance to learn firsthand from one of South Africa’s most internationally respected MMA athletes.
As if that wasn’t enough, BK, together with sponsor Cloudbet, arranged VIP tickets and branded merchandise for our members to attend the inaugural PFL Africa event on 19 July at Cape Town’s GrandWest Casino. The event was a massive success, with some calling it “the best night of their lives.”
